Built by people who have done it before.
TOGL was founded by operators with deep roots in EV, energy, and SaaS. Between them, the founders have scaled EV charging software to 12,000+ charge points, designed and operated grid-scale solar, storage and EV infrastructure, and exited three founder-built ventures. TOGL is what they built next.
Get in touchOur story
Depot electrification stalls on arithmetic.
The vehicles exist and the chargers exist, but the grid connection is finite, energy is priced by the hour, and the vehicles still have to leave on time. Put those together and a depot that looks electrifiable on paper often is not.
Having worked across fleet electrification, energy management and SaaS platforms, the founders kept meeting the same problem from different sides. Operators were being sold hardware for a problem that was really about control: which vehicle charges, at what rate, at which hour, inside a connection that cannot be exceeded.
TOGL is the software layer that answers that question. It connects vehicle data, charging context, operational rules and grid capacity, so depots charge for less, fit more vehicles onto the connection they already have, and defer the upgrade, without changing the job the fleet has to do.
Our mission: make depot electrification commercially viable, by turning charging from a cost centre into a managed energy asset.

What we stand for
Principles we build by.
Operations first
Departure readiness is a constraint on the optimiser, not an output of it. A charging strategy that saves money and strands a vehicle has cost the operator more than it saved.
Show the working
Every figure we quote carries its assumptions, and every capability carries its status. An operator should be able to audit a saving rather than take it on trust.
Operator control
Depot operators set the readiness rules and keep the manual override. TOGL optimises inside those constraints and never overrides them.
