TOGL Energy Limited, trading as TOGL, is a depot flexibility software company registered in Northern Ireland and incorporated on 11 September 2025. TOGL is building software that connects vehicle data, charging context, operational readiness rules and grid capacity into a single orchestration layer, so that a depot fleet charges at lower cost, fits more vehicles onto the grid connection it already has, and still has every vehicle ready for its shift. TOGL is a software layer: it does not sell charging hardware and it is not a public charging network. The company was founded by four people with backgrounds in EV charging, energy infrastructure and fleet operations, and is pre-launch.
The platform is in development. Which capabilities are live, which are in development and which are planned is published, one by one, on the platform page, and that page rather than this paragraph is the right source for what the software does today.
